DEVELOPMENT - NEW HARBOUR IMPROVEMENTS

Hi guys!

Fot the last days I hoped to achive more things but as it is... often things in real life come first... so only some small update:

I added  a new freight station.. the old one was not that good, I think. Also I added the new troop bunker T750 for Wilhelmshaven and Kiel. Thx to the_frog for the model!

And last but not least I improved the smoke of the factorys.
